On the 20th of July, pre-Covid, who works within the NHS and, who's a tennis coach, celebrated their marriage within the Grade I listed splendor of Tudor country house, in Coxwold, North Yorkshire.

Emma's beautiful dress was an exquisitely made creation by her amazingly talented Mum, and I really adore the low back with appliqué lace, and also the softly draped train.

"It was very special so that you can wear an outfit my Mum had made on your day. The process was great too because it meant that people got to create something precisely the way I wanted it, also it was lovely to invest the time together. My Mum has got the patience of the saint, which was needed considering all of the alterations she made towards the dress!"

For her bridesmaids, Emma opted for emerald green bridesmaid dresses, plus they each chose their very own style of dress from the website feeltimes.com.

Wedding transport came within the shape of the wonderful vintage Citroen restored by Emma's uncle and driven by her aunt, with restored upholstery also by Emma's aunt, and ribbons tied towards the bonnet that matched the wedding dress – how lovely!

"Adam got his suit after looking in lots of other retailers. He bought the marriage suit and so the groomsmen hired something which looked much the same."

In your garden was the gorgeous reception marquee. The couple decided on a clear-sided pole marquee coupled with a brilliant experience.

"We were thrilled using the final appearance from it. Henry at Your Marquee guided us with the process and was fantastic when it comes to providing ideas and details. Emma and her sister made over 1000 origami paper cranes that people used to decorate the marquee. We also had Polaroids displayed that featured our wedding guests."
