It's not that easy a question to answer but let's try it anyway: how many cannonballs will I need for 87-99 Slayer? I'm sure this is complicated, so even an estimate that is close to 20 or 50K will be great. I'm trying to RS gold figure this out since I'm looking to pre-buy all my cannonballs and have come to the conclusion that this will save me money in the longer term.

Please don't view this as an attempt to manipulate prices. But I'm of the opinion that prices for C balls may rise in the next few months which could increase the cost of 99 slayer for me. If you take a look at the graphs over time, the C ball is currently at one of their lowest levels for a number of months.

I fear if the bot nuke comes (scheduled for july but who is to say when?), prices could raise significantly. I'm aware that part of the reason for the drop in C price was because of the effigy nerf however, I believe the return of bots reduced prices further. It's possible that I'm wrong, but I wouldn't want to risk paying $300 or 400 for a cannonball.

I'm doing this also becauseI've tried it before and it worked. When I heard about the bot nuke, I quickly became a complete panicker and bought 99 prays and herb, and saved millions of dollars.

If that's the case you're investing in something that isn't going to have anything to do with determine how many cballs you need for slaying. It's like how people think that mining ore, bank it, and then creating it, is learning two skills at the same time, with greater effectiveness - unless doing the two at once somehow saves more time and cost than doing them independently (e.g. the furnace is on the road to the bank, which saves you the time of needing to go to a furnace following banking) It is best to fire cape osrs be treated as two distinct events.
